Ms Zita Peach is a Non-Executive Director and highly accomplished business executive, having over 25 years of senior leadership and multi-disciplinary experience across international markets.

She is a Non-Executive Director for ASX listed companies, including Monash IVF Group Limited. She is on the Boards of private equity companies, Icon Cancer Care (EQT), Nucleus Network (Blackstone) and VetPartners (EQT) and also, the Chair for the Olivia Newton-John cancer Research Institute.

Zita has a track record in transforming businesses and growing companies whether they are start-ups or large multinational status. She has deep international experience, including across the Asia Pacific region, in leading high performing executive teams, in scaling up companies and expanding products and services internationally whilst optimising operations and assets.

Zita has conducted major business transactions in multiple markets and has an extensive track record in M&A deals, licensing and commercialising products, technologies and services on a global scale. She has a solid background in marketing, building brands, company differentiation and positioning. She has worked across various sectors in healthcare, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, pharmacy, medical services, manufacturing and logistics. Zita has worked at senior leadership level at companies such as Merck,Sharp and Dohme (Commercial Director), CSL Limited (Vice President, Business Development) and Fresenius Kabi (Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific and Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand).

She enjoys innovating and working with innovation, creating a strong vision and culture, looking for outside the box alternatives and developing strategies to grow and scale up companies. Zita is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the Australian Marketing Institute.
